The supplier describes the bear as a warm-or-cool aid for everyday discomfort such as tummy aches, earaches and bruises, and as a comforting presence for anxious children. Follow the included instructions for warming or cooling; the supplier says it can be ready in about 30 seconds. Its size and weight are intended to offer comfort during supervised calming moments, including a bedtime routine. Do not leave the bear with a sleeping child.

Béké-Bobo states that this therapeutic bear is classified as a medical device by Health Canada and bears EU medical-device CE marking; Vendepro has not independently verified those claims. The supplier says its therapeutic bears have been popular with parents for 24 years.

The removable cover is machine washable. Never wet or machine wash the inner grain pouch.

Read the instructions in the leaflet included in the box carefully before use. Never allow a child under 3 to use this product without adult supervision because of a choking risk: if the grain pouch and cover tear, loose grains could enter a baby's mouth.
