What Is Wintergreen?

Wintergreen, also known as eastern teaberry or checkerberry, is a creeping aromatic plant native to North America. Its leaves are a favourite for herbal infusions, and an essential oil distilled from the plant is used in various products and topical cosmetics.

How to Use Wintergreen

Steep wintergreen hot or cold for a naturally refreshing, invigorating drink. It is also used in cooking to flavour desserts and syrups with its unique minty aroma.
