Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, and carrier delays.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
Any delivery issues must be reported directly to the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We cannot refund or replace items damaged during transit.

As a liquidation store, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason unless the item is not as described.
