BASIC PREP: preheat oven to 350˚F • in a mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs • add ½ cup melted butter, 1 tbsp olive oil (optional 1 tsp vanilla or ½ tsp cinnamon); whisk smooth • gently stir in entire contents; let stand 30 min or more to stiffen • spoon onto 2-3 cookie sheets bake 12-15 min • finished goods freeze beautifully • Makes 24-36 cookies • Baking Tips • Recipes
