Returns depend on who ships your item

Vendepro sells two kinds of products, and the product page tells you which one you're buying.

Items shipped by Vendepro: final sale

These are new, pre-owned, open-box, shelf-pull and clearance items, sold at reduced prices and sold as-is. The exact condition of every item, including any wear, damage, missing parts or packaging issues, is stated plainly in the product description. Please review all details and photos carefully before purchasing.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on these items for any reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong item, fit or compatibility issues, or cosmetic and packaging imperfections.

We do not sell third-party customer-returned merchandise.

Items shipped by our partner suppliers: 30-day returns

These are products shipped directly by the supplier, clearly marked on the product page. They may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is arranged through the supplier. Contact us at support@vendepro.com to start a return.

If an item is not as described

Whoever shipped it, if an item arrives materially different from its description, contact us at support@vendepro.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will review the situation.
