Politique d’expédition

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during high‑volume periods. We do not guarantee same‑day or next‑day processing.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, and carrier delays.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Missed or late deliveries

  • Delivery errors caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

Any delivery issues must be reported directly to the carrier.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear.


Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We cannot refund or replace items damaged during transit.

Items shipped by our suppliers

Some items are shipped directly by our partner suppliers rather than from our Beauce, Québec warehouse. These are clearly marked on the product page.

If your order contains both Vendepro items and supplier-shipped items, you will see a separate shipping option and rate for each shipment at checkout, and your order will arrive in more than one parcel, possibly on different days.

Our local delivery rates apply only to items shipped from our own warehouse. Supplier-shipped items are charged the supplier's own shipping rate, shown at checkout.


Returns

Items shipped by Vendepro are final sale. Items shipped directly by our partner suppliers may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for full details.
